Improved customer support

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we have recognised that we need to improve our customer support systems.

Our goals are to:

  • Make it as easy as possible, for you to use Stacked
  • Allow you to easily find answers to your questions, by gradually building up a comprehensive bank of courses, support articles and videos
  • Make it easy for you to contact us, when you run into challenges

As a first step towards achieving these goals, we have added a chat facility to the bottom right hand corner, on every page of the Stacked website.

Our team will be monitoring incoming messages periodically throughout the day and will respond as soon as possible.

Wherever possible, we kindly ask that you supply videos or images of the issues you’re facing, as this helps our team to quickly understand and resolve things for you.

We are also looking at expanding our team, so that we’re able to gradually deliver a better customer support experience, to all our customers.
